To schedule and hold a surgery date, a deposit is required. This amount is deducted from the total surgery fee. Payment for your procedure is due in full on the date of preoperative appointment, which is 10 - 14 days prior to your surgery date. We provide a number of payment options, which may be used individually or combined according to your needs, such as personal check, cashier's check, or cash. (If paying with personal check, the amount is due at least 10 business days prior to the surgery date.) Visa, Master Card, American Express or optional financing provided below.
